Delete in the app
Open You, choose Delete account, review the confirmation and select Delete permanently. This requests removal of your application account, saved birth profile, consent record, astrology conversations and related user-owned records, plus cleanup of the Supabase authentication identity and tracked OpenAI responses. Cleanup can be partial or fail; versions with background provider cleanup may show queued work. RevenueCat customer cleanup is a separate provider action and may require operational follow-up. Check the result shown in the app, and contact privacy@grahagati.in if deletion remains pending, fails or provider removal is not confirmed. An app-account deletion response is not confirmation that every provider copy has been erased.
Deleting a GrahaGati account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in the store account to stop future renewal.
Request deletion without app access
Email privacy@grahagati.in from the email address connected to the account and write “Delete my GrahaGati account.” Do not include a password, one-time code, access token, payment credential or unnecessary birth details. We will verify account control before processing the request.
We will confirm completion or explain any narrow data that must be retained for law, fraud prevention, unresolved payment records or limited provider backups. A failed third-party cleanup does not permit GrahaGati to keep the active account indefinitely.
